Reminder // 2024-25 Yearly Update DUE 10/4/24

Dear Parents/Guardians,

It is important that we maintain accurate and up-to-date information for your student(s). To ensure we have the most current records, we kindly ask you to complete the 24/25 Yearly Update that can be found in your Skyward Family Access.

This update is essential for us to ensure that we have the correct information regarding emergency contacts, medical needs, address, phone numbers, and any other critical details that may have changed since last year.

Please review and update the following information:

1. Emergency contact details – Including names, relationships, and phone numbers.

2. Home address and phone numbers – If you’ve moved or changed phone numbers.

3. Medical conditions and allergies – Any updates on your child's health.

4. Parental or guardian contact information – Ensure we have the correct emails, phone numbers, and preferred communication methods.

5. Home Language Survey – Any updates to your students' primary language and preferred communication language.

6. Student Housing Questionnaire – If applicable, any changes to your student’s housing.

7. Verify Military Family – Any changes to your families military status.

We ask that you complete and return the update by Friday, October 4th, to help us best serve your child’s needs. You may complete this form online via Skyward Family Access.
