Welcome back! We hope you had a wonderful summer and are feeling refreshed and ready for another exciting school year. We are looking forward to welcoming our students and families back to Vanguard Academy for the 2026–2027 school year!
As we prepare for the start of school, please take note of the following important dates and information:
💙💛 Back to School Night/Day
Families are invited to stop by Vanguard Academy to update required forms, pick up student schedules, purchase your ASB, pre-order your 26/27 yearbook, and prepare for the new school year.
Wednesday, August 26 | 5:30 PM–7:30 PM
Thursday, August 27 | 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
🎒 First Days of School
Wednesday, September 2 – 9th Grade ONLY
Our incoming 9th graders will have the building to themselves for their first day, giving them an opportunity to meet staff, learn their schedules, become familiar with the building, and get comfortable at Vanguard before all students return.
Thursday, September 3 – ALL STUDENTS
All Vanguard Academy students in grades 9–12 will report for school.
📸 Picture Day – Friday, September 4
Picture Day will be held for all grade levels on Friday, September 4.
Families may place picture orders online at mydorian.com before Picture Day and for up to two days afterward.
We are looking forward to welcoming our students back on campus and starting the year strong together. Thank you for your continued partnership in your child’s education.
